By accessing or using HabitLock, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
HabitLock is a habit tracking application designed to help you build positive habits and break negative ones. The app allows you to:
- Create and manage daily, weekly, or custom habits
- Track your progress with streaks and statistics
- Set reminders and notifications
- Visualize your habit completion history
3. User Accounts
Some features of HabitLock may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use HabitLock only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the app

5. Intellectual Property
HabitLock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HabitLock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the habit data you create within the app. By using HabitLock, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of HabitLock may be available through paid subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
HabitLock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results from using the app will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the app will be corrected
HabitLock is a tool to assist with habit tracking but does not guarantee any specific outcomes regarding personal development, health, or behavior change.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitLock and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the app
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party content or conduct
- Any other matter related to the service
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HabitLock, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to HabitLock at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and contacting us to request deletion of your data.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending you an email. Your continued use of HabitLock after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
